Orgin: Yellowstone Volcanic Ash

Directions: Mix 2 tablespoons, along with 1 tsp. Psyllium Husk with 8 oz. water
stirring vigoursly until smooth. For best results use hand mixer.

Suggestions: Drink first thing of the morning waiting about 30 to 45 minutes before
eating or drinking.  

Usage: 7 days start, then about every 3 to 4 months.
